Cleverglow Limited ("Cleverglow," "we," "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what personal information is collected across the Siquijor Go platform — this website (www.siquijorgo.ph) and the Siquijor Go passenger, driver, and merchant apps — how it is used, who it is shared with, and your rights over it.

What We Collect and Why

If you use the Siquijor Go apps (as a passenger, driver, or merchant), we collect the information needed to operate the service, verify eligibility, and keep users safe:

Name, phone number, and a profile photo, for every account
Passengers: date of birth, and — if you register for a senior/PWD/student discount — a photo of the relevant ID card
Drivers: date of birth, gender, emergency contact name and phone number, driver's license number and a photo of your license, vehicle details and plate number, and your GCash number if you accept GCash payments
Merchants: your business name, address, description, and phone number
Real-time location — while a driver is online (to match and dispatch rides/deliveries), and while you're picking a pickup, drop-off, or store location
Ride, delivery, order, rental, tour, and booking history, and the ratings/reviews tied to them
For drivers, connected-time/attendance data (when you go online and offline) used for the platform's tier and attendance program
Device and app information — OS, app version, and when you were last active, so we can notify you of required updates
A push-notification token, so we can send you ride/order/booking alerts

If you visit this website, we collect personal information you provide directly — primarily through the contact form (name, email, phone, and your message) — to respond to your inquiry, manage partnership or driver/merchant applications, maintain website security, and compile aggregate usage statistics. Where you've given consent, we may also use your information to send you relevant updates about Siquijor Go.

Who We Share It With

We do not sell personal data. Data is hosted and processed by Firebase and Google Cloud (our infrastructure provider — data storage, authentication, and push notifications), and usage patterns on our website and web apps are measured using Google Analytics. We do not share your personal information with any other third party, except where required by law.

How Long We Keep It

App accounts:

Your account data is kept for as long as your account is active — there is currently no automatic deletion for inactive accounts.
If you request that your account be deleted (via Messages in the app, or by contacting contact@siquijorgo.ph), we retain your data for up to 90 days from that request before an administrator processes it.
Processing a deletion request anonymizes your account rather than erasing it outright: your name, phone number, photos, and any ID documents are permanently removed and you will no longer be able to sign in, but your ride/order/booking history and account statistics are kept in this de-identified form. This is necessary because those records are also relied on for other users' and merchants' own accounting (fares, commissions, order history) — fully deleting them would corrupt records that don't belong to you alone.

Website contact-form data:

Active partnership/business contacts: retained for the duration of the relationship, then up to 5 years
General inquiries and prospects: up to 3 years after last contact
Applications not proceeded with: deleted within 2 years
Server/access log information: up to 1 year

Your Rights

You can review and correct most of your account information directly in the app's Edit Profile screen. To access, correct, delete, or restrict our processing of your personal data beyond that, contact support through the Messages section of the app, or email contact@siquijorgo.ph. Account deletion requests are currently handled this way rather than through a self-service in-app button.

Security

We use reasonable technological safeguards to protect your information, though no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

Cookies

This website uses strictly necessary, functionality, and analytics cookies (via Google Analytics) with a maximum lifetime of 12 months. You can manage or disable cookies through your browser's settings at any time.

Applicable Law

This policy, and the collection and use of personal information described in it, is governed by the data privacy laws of the Republic of the Philippines, consistent with the Governing Law provisions in each Siquijor Go app's Terms of Service.
